Adult Guinea Pig
I knew something was amiss, but couldn't quite put my finger on it. Still can't.
And this evening when I got home from work, she was far too quiet and hadn't moved from her house all day. She won't eat, and was very lethargic so I took her in. Well, she protested at leaving me for her check up, kept trying to climb back into my arms, she even licked me, as if to say "Please take me home"..
I can't bring her home tonight as I have a 12 hour shift tomorrow, and I don't want to leave her at home in case she takes a nose dive. She went from incoherent to fairly alert between home and the vets.
The lump I found has mysteriously disappeared, and there are no visible signs of illness, her eyes are clear, and no sores in her mouth. The only thing that doesn't seem to be doing much is her guts, she hasn't passed much the way of dropping wise, and her bum is clean too.
