You can't make it stop, and you don't need to.
They are just sorting out who is the dominant pig, and it will settle down eventually, with probable recurrences when one or both have a strong season.
That's life with guinea pigs!

Ah yes, the humping, sometimes it doesn't matter what end it is either.
Females can hump just as much as males can. It's all about dominance behaviour.
