Does anybody have scratch and newton hutch covers (specifically, the custom sized ones)?
I’ve got some new (non piggy) additions to the household and the hutch I’ve bought for them, well, the compatible hutch cover isn’t quite what I’m looking for and I’ve found that scratch and Newton do custom made ones which look to be a good option but I’ve no personal experience of them. Any opinions? Thanks

Yes I do have Scratch & Newton Covers for my hutch. I have a 6ft Chartwell Double Hutch and the covers were bought for them. I have found that them quite good. The insulating cover is very good but you need to put the hutch hugger cover on top of this. I found that after a while the top corners of the hutch hugger started to wear a bit and in the end they were threadbare. I got over this by putting a bit of heavy duty waterproof tape on the inside of the hutch hugger every couple of months or whenever it needed replacing. Now my piggies are in the garage, I have kept the covers on the hutch.

Unfortunately my custom made hutch had a slant that they won’t make a cover for 😭 so I’ll have to make something myself.

Was it too much of a slope?
The girls hutch (the one I’ve had the cover made for) has a 10cm difference from front to back.

Yes it was. He didn’t want to make it in case it wouldn’t come out fitting properly, and I understood his standpoint. Never mind 🙂
