Hutch from ukpetsonline.

hi bought a hutch from ukpetsonline website seemed to be a good price reduced from 79.99 to 49.99, anyway arrived today. Apart from the door being damaged the floor was a black painted slatted one which I thought was pants. Firstly the guineas could get their legs/feet stuck down the slats and also it would be very drafty. I also thought that the fact that the urine wasn't contained might worry some who perhaps kept the hutch on a patio or decked area. What are you thoughts? Needless to say I have contacted the company. Am I being silly about the floor.

I wouldn't say you're being silly at all. If its not clear from the photo's/item description then you have every right to complain, I have not seen a hutch with that kind of floor before although I can't say I've really looked.

Me neither I have done my homework and most have a solid floor and some have a black plastic tray on them to make them easy to clean. mmmm have my doubts about it now.

That's rubbish, I had a hutch from them and it was great and the floor was like the one you described in your second post - solid and plastic coated.

I would complain, £50 is £50!
