I've been thinking very hard about what I want to do when I move out of my parents' house (not for a long time yet) and I think I'm going to foster piggies. I'm going to move as close as I can to a piggie rescue and I'm gonna foster all the piggies :D And maybe I'll just keep a few for myself ;)

P.S. I'm bringing home my sister's school's pet piggies next weekend, and they're called Toffee and Ginger. They are two sweet little sows and they are adorable. I will take lots of piggy pigtures for you to see, and then I will take a few videos too :))

I would like to be a fosterer as well, but I can't right now.
 
Good idea. Although you don't always have to be close to a rescue. Me and Louise foster for Sokel which is in the middle of nowhere (Sorry Graham) and regularly meet up with Helen from Scotland! x
 
I plan to set up a rescue too - but will not be for a good few years yet !
I am using this time to read everything i can on here - so i get to know everything there is to know about piggies first.
 
It's very exciting thinking of all the things you could do to prepare for the future. For instance, I'm actually in the middle of making a patchwork quilt. It's rubbish, but that's life for you :))

It would be great to run a rescue, but I would most probably end up giving the rescue pigs homes with me instead of rehoming them :) Maybe when I get really good with piggies, I could give the rescue a go.. Lol, me running a rescue is like a bear managing a honey-warehouse!

Oooo I'm planning on starting a patchwork quilt now I'm finishing uni. I too would love to run a rescue but my boyfriend said no...maybe in time i'll manage to crack him :)
