No matter how much I vacuum there is hay absolutely everywhere in the house. Even the bathroom.

Are you lot the same?
 
;D ;D ;D ;D I think I need a dust buster vac in every room, fed up trailing my dyson around after me all the time! How right you are Lucinda, even found some hay in my bed last week - don't ask :embarassed:

Yep! My little stiff handbrush is my constant companion, I find that hoovering misses bits so I have to get on hand and knees with brush!
 
It's just the same in my house! :) Like you say, it's everywhere :D I even go to work with hay in my hair! Not that I knew 'til I got there and someone pulled it out :D

and everything in other kinds of places,hay in the bed etc.i gave up ages ago trying to pick every bit up
 
Oh yes. It often manages to travel out of my bedroom and onto the landing carpet. o_O
 
Clover is kept downstairs, and i only bring her upstairs for a bath and give her a run round on my bed... yet my bedroom floor has little bits of hay scattered all over the place ?
 
yes its the same in my house,there is sawdust everywhere as they are inside at the mo,it looks like a barn! :)

I know exactly what you mean. I must vacuum at least three times a day and it still looks a mess.

As I have just set up a childminding business I am very conscious of how it could look to prospective parents, so feel under even more pressure to try and keep it looking clean.

Badger loves to run around the lounge so I am always finding piggy poops in the corners too! :)

haha I think people know where I live when theyre looking for our house ,all i say to them is " follow the bits of hay up the road until it stops "
 
Yep! It's everywhere. I suppose the secret is to buy all carpets and soft furnishings in a hay colour. Dead boring though.
 
There's always hay about in our house-the pigs are in the outhouse but our house still seems to get covered!
 
Yup, bits of hay everywhere and piggie and bun poops in the conservatory - the rabbits do use their litter tray but when one of them is feeling evil they will burrow and flick it all out >:D

And I've got to work and found hay stuck to my wooly coat!
 
I can't believe you posted this, OH was saying on the weekend that 'where does this hay come from it's even in the study' as he was doing the vacuuming ;D ;D ;D
Went shopping the other day and i take the special bags you can buy, yep stuck to the bag was some hay, the girl looked at me and asked if i had horses and i said oh no a guinea pig, should've seen the look on her face ;D ;D ;D ;D
 
I'm forever brushing the kitchen floor for bits of hay and grass and poops
