I did get a Valentine's day gift eventually... is it a baby hippo or a mutant bat?!

Skinny pigs all seem to have big personalities. Dora is the smallest of my piggies at just under 1kg but she has the loudest voice and the biggest character. I can hear her shouting when I'm outside as I'm opening the front door (and they are upstairs). The only time she is quiet is when her mouth is full of food or she is asleep. She is a proper diva, always has the best bed and first choice of the food. Poor Ginger regularly gets turfed out of where he is sleeping. She has him properly under her little paw.

I'm looking for forward to following Tallulah's exploits as she meets your herd.

Good luck at the vets.

So how early do we reckon Tallul'evor the B'ippo-pigs vet appointment is? Another one with fingers firmly crossed for Tallulah. Although a little bit of me does wonder how on Earth Theo will cope with another strong willed young lady bossing him around - and can't wait to find out :D

Vets is at 11am, Tallulah/Trevor first then Jezzy floof because I think her back feet look a bit sore where she sits in her own pee so I'd like them checked out too (I've ordered her some gorgeous guineas foot balm but I want to rule out anything medical).
Then I have to go straight to work, so updates this evening!

The vet is 99% sure Tallulah is a girl, she agreed her bum bits look to stick out a bit funny and none of the vets had met a skinny pig before (they were all very excited and Tallulah was passed round and admired a lot) but none of them could find any boy bits, not even by feeling her tummy where undescended testicles would be. She seems very healthy, no sign of any skin diseases, so a routine quarantine then she can meet the herd :)

Yay, great news.
I can't wait to read the next installment.

Almost forgot to ask if Jezzy's feet are ok?

So pleased for you @PigglePuggle! He did surprise you after all!

Not been on a few days so missed your baby hippo, beautiful girly though! :) hope she's still doing well x
