I don’t know what to do about my pigs. help!

I have a Guinea pig named peanut and a new one named coconut. The introduction didn’t go so well, as coconut was bullying peanut. Now, I constantly worry. I have a guineadad fleece liner, so peanut is under the pocket, and coconut is under the fleece itself. Peanut lowers her head whenever coco is around, and only when coco goes away peanut comes out. It’s like a ticking time bomb, since I can’t always monitor them. Help!

How old are your guinea pigs and how long have you had them? How long since the introduction on neutral ground?

The dominance phase lasts for around 2 weeks after the introduction. During this phase, the group hierarchy is being established. Please make sure that you have got everything in twos, and that the hideys have two exits on opposite sides during that time.
