My guinea pig is usually squealing every time the see me come in the room or every time I’m about to feed them Or if they hear a bag shake now they barely scream at all when I walk in the room they just sit there. There squeal is usually how I remember to feed them when I come home. Now I’m kinda scared they might be sick

Please see a vet promptly!

Switch from the regular weekly weigh-in and body-onceover to weighing daily at the same time as soon as something is not quite right.
As soon as a piggy has lost more than 50g/2 oz you should make a vet appointment. If the weight loss is over 100g/3 oz, it should be an emergency appointment.
Step in with syringe feeding top-up as soon as necessary.

Please take the time to read these links here. The tips in them may help to keep your piggies alive until you can see a vet and any treatment is kicking in. Guinea pigs are small animals, they cannot wait weeks until you make up your mind whether to see a vet.
