It was a mistake! I thought they were something else! Can I put them in the refrigerator and feed them to the piggies tomarrow?

This. Cucumbers go mushy if they're frozen and thawed out (stupid university fridges... grr). It's worth a shot to see what happens to them but I'd definitely expect them to go mushy!

I thought they were tomatoes and my dog was distracting me so I would have ended up with mushy tomatoes and I would have made everyone mad because we wouldn't have had taco salad.

I think I will break the bell pepper into small pieces. Then give them one at a time.

Any frozen veg once thawed and fed to piggies can bring on a bad case of bloat in susceptible pigs. Personally I wouldnt take the risk.
