I guess they know when to use the bathroom?

Lol, I took him out this monring and was petting him.. He was fine then got really anzy and vocal.. He pooped once on me.. I had to put him back in his cage and he went straight to corner pooped like 10 times and peed. I guess he had to go..

well i assume he would have gone if i didnt put him back but he was getting too anzy so i had no choice.. It was nice to see he just didnt want ot get away from me though, Just was telling me he had to go

Mine don't make a fuss at all, just go wherever they may be.
Could be in the pen, when they're being bathed or cuddle time with me rolleyes

Mine tend to get a bit fidgety, but not enough to let me know they need to go. Next second I have a wet patch lol rolleyes

Actually yes, now i think about it, when i used to have Pepper on my knee he used to do a reverse and pee down from my knees to my ankles ahhh bless lol

One of my piggies normally lets me know when she wants the toilet but the others just pee and poop on me. Athena tends to start trying to get off my lap and nibbling my fingers when she needs the loo so I normally put her on the floor, she'll tottle back into the cage then do her business.
