I Had Such A Silly Dream....

As a variation on my usual theme of something dreadful happening to the piggies / forgetting to feed them, etc, last night I had an anxiety dream about Fitch! I did actually order some more yesterday, and then I dreamt that it had arrived - but instead of there being a big bale of nice soft bedding, there was a box with 4 small plastic bags inside, filled with individual piles of the most bizarre things; seeds, strips of foam, dried pasta, polystyrene cups, and other rubbish! And I was looking at it in horror and bewilderment, thinking "But those seeds are a choking hazard, and if they nibble on this other stuff, they might get an intestinal blockage, and anyway, none of it will make a good bedding! How on earth did I end up with this stuff? I thought I just reordered what I had before! I must see if I can send it back."

Just for the record, I do actually think Fitch is a very good bedding, and myself and the pigs are very happy with it!
 
I think strange dreams are the best one! That certainly sounds entertaining! I keep dreaming of tractors...
 
Nope, don't live on a farm. Never been scared of a tractor or had anything to do with tractors but I keep dreaming I'm being chased by a tractor. Spefically a yellow one and a blue one... Have done for years. I looked up the meaning of being chased but there was nothing specific to tractors.
 
I'm glad I'm not the only one that has weird dreams about the piggies.
I dreamt that I came home from a weekend away and the OH had thrown out all the fleece because it had hair on it and he'd also built a huge enclosure for the pigs, Rats and snakes to live in together. I spent the rest if the dream running around looking for the pigs and rats to keep them away from the snakes.
He would never do anything like that, but I woke up in a mood with him and didn't speak to him for a few hours.

Oh, that's interesting. I used to have a dream that I was running across a muddy, ploughed field being chased by a combine harvester!
 
Haha! I thing there is a link somewhere. Usually it's a random street but a few times it was around my old primary school fields and playground. Bear in mind I'm'm 26 and its been 15 years since I was in primary school...

That sounds terrifying!
Ugh I hate bad dreams. I sit and obsess myself with why I have such odd dreams and came to the conclusion that I should stop eating cheese before bed. :)

Oh well, I'm 36, and I still dream about school!

Yes, it was pretty scary, as I was getting bogged down in all the mud, and the combine harvester was right behind, waiting to swallow me up! Still, I seem to have grown out of that one now. These days it's all about my teeth crumbling and falling out! (When it's not about the guinea pigs!)

I think probably we all have odd dreams. My husband used to wake me up laughing, because he'd had such crazy dreams! Actually, he eats a lot of cheese.....!

Eek the dreams when you can't run away are the worst!
Apparently teeth dreams have something to do with your finances (or so the Internet tells me).
The OH says that I laugh in my sleep all the time and I hold my arm straight up in the air for about half an hour.
I'm now scared he's going to set up cameras to film me when I sleep (creepy!) because I never believe him. Knowing my luck, it'll be the next Paranormal Activity film!
 
I always have really crazy dreams. The last one I remember I got really angry at a friend of mine and chucked her out my house and told her never to come back or speak to me again, when I woke up I felt very tempted to call her and apologise for being so horrible to her in my dream!
 
Glad I'm not the only one who has these dreams! I always dream random stuff! I dreamt the other night that my boyfriend brought back 3 baby piggies from somewhere, when I went to check them in the cage they had all transformed into something else! It was strange....
 
Sorry for a double post, but another one to add to the list.

I just dozed off for an hour and had a dream that about 30 guineas were coming to my house as a rescue mission. One piggie had rollers in their hair and another was dyed multi coloured! Just as I was in a panic thinking I can't handle this many at once, my alarm went off.

I was so upset in my dream! Saying I can't leave the poor things. Was very happy when I woke up and it wasn't real. Especially for the the multi coloured poor piggie!

That is truly bizarre! What a relief that it was't real!
