I have been a little bit naughty! Since being on here last I have got 4 more guinea pigs! I now have 11 guinea pigs!

I started with just 2 boys last November, I am sure my neighbours think I am mad! The first thing I do in the morning is open the stable door on the shed and shout 'how are my squeaky boys!' ( I do have females as well but I have always spoken this way to them!) 'do you want munchies!' An old boy that lives down the road shouted the other morning ' Good morning and yes please!' When I told him I have guinea pigs and they are my babies and I have 10 (had 10 then) he said 'last time I heard you had 7!' How on earth he knew I dont know!

Guinea pigs seem to have a mysterious way of multiplying, even if you're not breeding them... Mine do as well since, I've joined the forum!

Isn't it amazing how gossip flies? My neighbours had to get used to me shouting "tsk! tsk! cucumber!" to get my garden roaming pair back from their walkie. (I still do the "tsk", but for the birds that have cottoned onto the fact I was putting out bird food out while they were roaming!) :):):) The looks from my disgusted neighbour haven't changed, either.

And I'm still out with my scissors cutting grass for the piggies when it's too wet or cold for them to go out... Doing my best to blend in and becoming your proverbial eccentric English woman!

I just love doing my head count in the mornings!
My next door neighbour says I ake her laugh as while shes having a pee in the morning she can hear me talking to my squeaky 'boys'!
 
OH WOW! I went from 4 to 6 last week (since joining here lol). But have promised myself that's IT! I really wish I had loads of room.

Can't wait to see photos of your lot.

Who are the new arrivals? What are they like?
 
Flora Ethel and Doris they are about a year old, I came back from work and my fella had gone and picked me a run up from out of the paper and also came back with 3 piggies! And he calls me mad!
And lovely Marley and hes about 4 months old, he such a sweet little boy.

lol no hun, she is 10 days late so far! Getting induced on Thursday if baby hasnt come before then.
I remember laughing at your OH when I was there because you said 'can you help with this cage as Jools is pregnant' and your OH replying with 'thats not my fault!' and you saying 'well I would hope not' :(|)
 
I had 12 when I joined the forum, I have 48 now and at worst (best?!) have had about 70.... during a particularly large influx of pregnant sows!

Sometimes think 2 is the best number! rolleyes
 
10 days late! Thats not good, well good look chick for Tuesday.
