Pumpkin my Ginger pig died on Saturday 18th February 2011 at around 7.00pm. He has gone over the bridge to be with his daughter Sweetpea, leaving behind his sister Mallow (the white one) and other daughter Clover.
The four Ginger pigs were rescued in november 2008, they were meant to be rehomed but somehow never left!
Pumpkin was diagnosed with cancer recently, despite this he was eating and playful up until a few days before he died. On the day he died I put him and his girls in the sunny conservatory and he snoozed on a heatpad in the sun. He died later peacefully nestled in the hay with Clover laying nearby.
I miss you Pumpkin, be happy in the Great Guinea Pig run in the sky x
