Junior Guinea Pig
I have been lurking and/or browsing this forum for the best part of two years, and even now these are not going to be permenant piggies.... rolleyes
however there are three gorgeous mini piggies in my house! They are 8 weeks old and are still fairly terrified, They haven't left the little house I gave them, poor things. I am also quite concerned they won't want to eat my food(obviously hay and veg= more important anyway) I have a handful of their old food mix(rabbit museli) and I have a bag of science selective pellets. To be honest I should have gone with excell I think, the science selective doens't smell anywhere near as gorgeuos as excell pellets do, i opted for science selective as they did a smaller bag and piggies aren't likely to be here for that long. But i am pretty dissapointed so i might have to go get excel instead. In my fridge I have some kale, spinach, curly leafed parsley and some spring greens. I also have some basil plants outside.
I thought I would be calmly capable and I am so worried about them!
It is a long story but they are in a hutch inside as it was all a bit of a mad rush rescue. I have taken the roof off as it seemed so dark, plus our flat doesn't get much light, it's also really small! I hate it already. interior dimensions are 110cm x 35cm. My hamster's cage is 100cmx 50cm!
I will upload some piccies in a little while once I can find the cable for my camera! Squee piggies!drool
