Hello, I run a Guine pig Rescue in Bournemouth. www.theguineapigranch.co.uk I have space to take in any piggies looking for new homes. I will collect with in reason any piggie, reguardless of age sex or medical condition. Please send me links of pigges looking for new homes, or send people in my dircection. Welcome to the forum. :)p Sounds like you have a pretty big set up (I saw your other posts). Are you a new rescue?

We'd love to see some pics of your piggies. :(|)

I have been running the rescue here in Bournemouth For about 7 months. I did reg with the forum in Jan, but I got locked out and couldn't work out how to re register. But managed it now. I have space and cages for 80 Guinea pigs. I was at full capasity just before the Easter hols. However I have re homed to some wondreful people. And only have the ones on my website currently looking for homes. I have a Land Rover and trailer so I can move hutchs and runs ect. I'm a full time mum of 3, so have time to look after all the animals needs. I work very closely with my vet. Who has Gunieas him self, so understands them I've been inspected by the RSPCA and passed. Although it was there poor conditions, which urged me to set up my Ranch. I'm always looking out for new residents, Some stay with me forever. I have 3 with no or 1 eye/s. I who had a tumour, too old to opperate, but still in good sprits and 1 who had had a stroke. And one who had an underlaying medicla condidtion. She is a merano, with bold spots! But they will stay with me until the end. I don't do this for the money, If there is a piggy put ther whom I can help I will. Hope this helps Sarah.
 
Have you thought of contacting other rescues within your region so you can cooperate when there is a bigger rescue and lots of spaces are needed all of a sudden?

I know that this rescue in Bristol is doing that with several rescues from South Wales down to Portsmouth/Southampton. Fi. Cantillon is a long established member on here. This is the website:

I had a look on your website. :) You have some gorgeous guinea pigs looking for homes. Little Ted and nutmeg are x) x).

Yes, Little Ted is a sweetie, but been here for so long. Don't know why. Nutmeg is bonded with Pumpkin, they have been here 7 months. They will find the right home one day.

Any news about collection?

Hi any news yet about the rescue? I'm ready and waiting if needed. Ican be there in 45mins with carriers and help at the ready. Sarah Xrolleyes

Glad that there is a rescue in that area now. Anna and I had a hard time with a so called rescue in your area a while back it is good to know that others are around.

Can i suggest you contact and introduce yourself to Anna who runs wheek n squeak rescue in Southampton. I am sure she will be pleased to know you are around.

She is also a wealth of knowledge. It was her that taught me the adult bonding for males which has been very successful.
 
Hi Piggy guys.

Just to let you know I have 2 dedicated "Foster" homes that will take any of my over spill. I'm getting near full, but still have some room.

Please let me know if piggies need to find new homes in Bournemouth, Hampshire or Gosport areas. We will collect, within reason.

Hi guys, Just to remind you I have room to take in rescue piggies. I have a large set up with 2 foster care homes for any over spill. We will take in any amont of piggies. No matter how old or medical condition.

Just cleaning and sorting out today, but hoping to take general set up pics so every one can see what I'm all about.

Bunny have you spoke to Anna at Wheek and Squeaks. I heard from one of my customers shes just taken on 100 ish piggies.... think she may need help.
