I just made up some critical care for flopsy in a bowl with warm / hot water.

Put my little finger in to see if it was too hot to start giving her and without thinking cleaned my finger ****IN MY MOUTH***

Hmm i think i will give that a miss. :)) But i suppose it was just instinct for you to lick it off, as we would do that for the little ones wouldn't we.

But i do confess that i once tried a nugget to see what it tasted like.:red and that was horrid.

Hope that Flopsy takes some off you and wishing her well.
 
I had a friend who loved to eat bonios when she was pregnant! Probably better than CC or nuggets. :)>>>
 
That made me giggle i have to watch with the whole putting fingers in my mouth thing when i make bf cake!
 
Such a pity you are NOT a guinea pig, so you can't aapreciate the delights of piggy fast food!

The thing I REALLY do not recommend tasting is baytril - it is the most awful thing I have ever had in my mouth!

Although when I was a kid me and my sisters would dare each other to eat shapes! (remember them?). From what i remember they weren't all that bad :(|):(|)

HMMM poop eating? Not a chance!

lol been there done that, disgraceful stuff but like all medicines. the worse they taste, the better they are for you, critical care must be fantastic then:)):)):)):)>>>

we should start a thread so we can see what food and meds of the guineas people have tried lol xx
 
I must confess I do try everything before my piggles get it, apart from poop, even I wouldn't go that far! :(|)

I've tried ivermec - totally be accident. It was revolting but I gained a little comfort in the fact that my hair would probably be lovely and thick and shiny:))

This is turning into quite a confessions thread....thus far we have taste testers of Critical Care, hay, dry food, Baytril and Ivomec. :))
