Just one at a time, but I plan to have a Santa and a reindeer pig so that they both get a costume and a turn to play both roles.

Sweet! Or you could just fill the sleigh with miniature pressies, and have both piggies as reindeer if you are able to make some sort of little reigns for them?!

I'd like to get some printed as cards at some point, but have never thought about posters, yeah that's a good idea.
