I love my Audrina-Pie-Pants

I love my head pig, Audrina, she is so awesome, earlier she got stuck in the drainage pipe as she almost fell asleep and went all fat and bloated, and I had to prod her out with all the squeaking and fuss.

I love my pigs they always make me smile, I am very busy with work and uni etc (boyfriend can wait...haha) so I feel like I neglect them, but today I finished work early so I raced home to give them all big snuggles!

She is so awesome and she has such character, she means alot to me as she is the only thing I have left to remember my legendary pig Fergie who died back in Oct 09 (as they were hutch buddies!)

I am picking up another little friend this evening, my black little sow is being picked on and shes at a crucial stage of growing etc so i dont want her missing out, i will post photos later

i have an old girl who's reaching the end - she's very thin now. Vet says its cancer, and old age. its so sad when they get to this stage

yeah I know what you mean, once I knew with Fergie I tried to make her life as happy as possible

Same here. Garfield's appetite is still very good - so lots of treats. Her teeth have been checked and were filed recently, although they weren't too bad, to make it as easy as possible to eat. And she eats everything! Her form is still good, although she doesn't tolerate crowds as well as she used to. She is one of 12. They were all free range. Now Garfield and another piggy who was struggling with the group (and whose weight had dropped) have a 4 by 2 hutch level all to themselves. Lopey's weight has increased, and Garfield rate of weight loss hs slowed down. So it seems to be helping. I don't think she will be with me in 6 months time - but aiming to keep her happy and cosy, and for her to go peacefully in her own wee home, with her buddies close by.
