There has been some problems at home lately and I have had to move in my grandparents. Which means leaving my pigs at home with my mum...and as I hardly go home anymore I never see them or care for them anymore. I miss them lots so I asked my grandma if they could come and live here as they have a shed where they could live. Bur she said no because she doesn't like them! and hates the sight of them :( I really don't understand this as I love them, but obviously the answer is no. I have asked my friends who have guinea pigs already if the would like to have them but they don't have enough to have them even though they want to. I just wish I could see them every day! :(:(

I'm sorry :( At least you do know where they are and that they are okay right? As for you, I hope that things get worked out at home and you can go back and see them soon.

*BIG HUGS FOR YOU HUN!* I bet those piggies miss you just as much as you miss them. :)

Big hugs! I'm so sorry about your situation. I think, unfortuantely, for your peace of mind and for the piggies, you might be right in trying to get a friend to take them. At least that's one thing you ouldn't have to worry about on top of your family problems.

Oh that is so sad. Maybe you should take them to a rescue centre. At least then you can be sure they will be well cared for.

I was actually surprised at the amount of people who dislike guinea pigs when I was searching around for a home for another before. I even had trouble getting the OK to have mine when I decided to get them.

I wish you the best of luck in finding a home for them wish you can visit often. <3

:( I really wish I could take them but my mum and dad don't let me have hutches outside and there's just no room in the shed. :( If they went in with Lily and Petal, it would be far too much of a squash. I really hope you get to keep them at your grandma's somehow. ?/ What if they are at the bottom of the garden and your grandma has nothing to do with them? Just you being responsible for them. Well unless they needed to go to the vets but legally they can't not take them. ;) If you can't have them, maybe it is best to rehome them. :( I wish Jess could take them, she was great with my 2. If you're not sure whether they are going to be looked after properly at home, you have to do what's best in the piggies interests and if that's rehoming them then sadly that's what you'll have to do. I'm sure a rescue will be able to help. But... I do hope you can keep them!
