I need help! Cleaning cage after URI

Hello, guys! I have a guniea pig who suffered from URI for a month. He recover right now. So do you guys have ideas to clean the cage because I wanna put him back with the other healthy piggie. I worried about the edge of the cage. Do I need to use any cage cleaner to clean the edge? The edge is like the metal from the net. I think you guys know what I mean by it.
 
Have they been separated for a while? If so you will need to reintroduce on neutral ground before putting them in the cage together. I would recommend F10 for a thorough clean of the cage
