I'm so sorry you couldn't treat Squeak though you gave him all the help you possibly could, and did the best and kindest thing for him. RIP Squeak.
Hugs to you and Bubbles. It's only natural to feel so conflicted right now, have a good sleep on it and reassess in the morning when you're not so emotionally drained by what you've been through today x

I am very sorry; you did the kindest thing under the circumstances. It is always heart-breaking especially when it comes as an emergency, but at least we have the option to give that last gift of sparing a beloved pet further suffering. Pts never gets any easier. You can learn to deal with the grieving process and the inevitable feelings of guilt/self-searching up to a point, but the heart-break and the pain of the loss never gets any less as each bond is unique.

I've never met much a kind group of people.. That I've never actually met.. Haha!
