Hey everyone!
I had the idea to paint some rocks to go on Spike and Wilmas graves.
So today I took the time to do so.
They kind of look like children made them but oh well :))

Oh and I thought I was finished when I went inside to show my boyfriend only to realise the stupid mistake I’d made..

:luv: It’s a joyous thing to do in memory of our beloved Guineas.
I’m no longer sad, I’m happy their resting and I hold their memories forever In my heart :luv:

I did yes, worked quite nicely on the stone :) And I’m assuming the acrylic will be waterproof.. it’s raining tonight so I’ll soon find out in the morning!

These are lovely Hannah. I do rock painting with my kids and to make them extra resilient I finish them off with a coat of PVA glue as it rains ALOT here x ps these aren't memorial stones (clearly not the sharks!) but just for dotting round the garden 😊

Thats a great idea! Bummer I didn’t think of finishing it off with some glue or varnish. I’m laying in bed now listening to the rain.. hope they survive!

These are great, I am going to have a go and do one for Bill, must get some acrylic paint!
 
I've been wanting to do this for my rainbow bridge piggies but haven't found the right rocks yet. Yours look lovely Hannah, I wanted to love your post but the page has gone wonky on the lap top and won't let me do it!

They should be fine with acryllics 👍

Me neighbour done one of the rocks with a photo on aswell when our family dog died. Just don't leave them in direct sunlight, ours faded over the years, and now it's just a plain rock again basicly 👍
