I ran out of food and hay yesterday, the pigs were not impressed!

My order from zooplus was a day late, so I ran out of guinea pig food and hay (and rabbit food!) all at the same time! Which has never happened before I even ran out of cat food, but I don't buy that from zooplus, and they just ate sausages and puppy food instead. It was really weird that it all ran out at the same time, even the grass was nearly all gone because it hasn't rained much lately.

I gave the pigs loads of grass, rolled oats, looooads of fruit and veggies and they were still so hungry! Even though they ate a crazy amount of food, I guess it just doesn't have the calories of dry food. They kept following me around squeaking (and by following, I mean they were in their run, but walking around the edges following me)

They're so greedy

Luckily I got my parcel from zooplus today and the pigs were all happy. And they got vet bed, more food balls, nibble wood and another hay rack!
