Picked up Cuddles tonight and noticed she has some fur loss around her back and a little scab, does it sound like mites? I have treated her and Fudge (cage mate) with some Ivermectin I bought while over in the UK. Anything else I can do?

It could be fungal as well - or lice if you see anything whitish scrambling around the coat.

I can't see anything running around in her fur or on her skin but her back does look similar if nowhere near as bad as the first picture on the gorgeous guinea link.
She seems ok is eating and drinking fine and is currently asleep, she had been running around loads this morning could that be anything to do with it? She is usually quite calm/sleepy!

Mites cause major discomfort. If you have got a more aggressive variety of mites you need to treat as quickly as possible.

Yes I bought some in the UK, I've treated both her and Fudge with it about 2 hours ago. How quickly does it work?
