Ok...so from what i understand...he makes a noise where his whole body vibrates and not only am i told it means hes annoyed, it SOUNDS like hes annoyed.

with that said he was popcorning WHILE grunting or whatever it is that sound is called.
hes very strange.

it seems he cant stand squirt, but other times when i take squirt and hold him peanut comes over and hops on my lap to be with him.
then at night all he does is grunt at the poor little thing, ALL NIGHT LONG.

i even noticed last night while he was popcorning and running around, squirt joined in it was quite cute. =]

do i have the sound right? all i can describe it as is a horse sound [kind of]
and ive been told it is his sound to let you know he is annoyed.

by your description it sounds like it could be a dominance asserting thing. Does he wriggle his bottom and seem to go kind of low to the ground when doing it? Does it happen say around food or furniture (house, bed, etc)? If so, then it sounds like a dominance thing which is normal. My little Finlay does that too whilst popcorning, it's well funny... Bertie is totally unphased and just lets him do his dance unless he's garding his house or food dish when he'll just , erm, yap.

If Squirt does a sort of high pitched whining sort of sound in response, I read it's an acceptance of the domination, so again, nothing to worry about.

do they fight at all?

yes to the low crouch and wiggling of the butt lol, and yes its ALWAYS around his tube. its a bit of a tiny cage because i cant a C&C one at the moment, but yeah squirt doesnt squeak loud but he definitely talks back. but peanut does it ALLLL THE TIME, its rather annoying.

and no they never fight. but peanut just doesnt stop with the dominance shout. will it ever stop?

but he even does it if he hears a noise he doesn't like, or if i pet him sometimes.

squirt has done it a few times too, once when i pet him and once back at peanut lol

I think it's all normal behaviour. hey're getting used to eachother and you being part of the package too. Baby Fin does it to the telly! he doesn't like Girls Aloud, I can't tell you! :))

It will become less and less in time but it might not ever stop.

Don't worry at them doing it to you, as long as they don't bite you... Fin does it to me if I rough him up on the back, then he starts popcorning and he wets himself... :(:{ Bertie only does it if you jingle the keys - he hates it. We call it 'the shaky-chat' cos that's what they do...
