Right now my pigs have a huge cage but it's in the garage and it is getting to be too hot. Also they dont see a lot of action around there and I want to move them inside. I was looking at this video (link below) and this cage seemed perfect. But we have cats... and they would jump right in and the cage would go in my room and the cats cannot be locked out of my room. Could anyone look at the cage and think of any way I could cover it (but it had to come off because I have to clean it). Thanks!

For my guinea pigs cage (I also have a cat), I use two midwest guinea pig cages added together. The midwest cages come with a lid that can easily come off for cage cleaning.

I would copy a store bought cage. But make if from wood, and put hinges on the back for a lid. But make it huge
