Guinea-Tia-Flossie

I had Beau and Flossie playing out today, when Beau jumped on his chair and just sat there like the 'king of the castle' ;D I grabbed my sketch book (which is never too far away) and put in down on paper! He sat there for quite a while, and i couldn't help but giggle at his expression ;D he was being so cute :smitten:

Here is what he looked like...although i should have gotten a photo but i was too busy sketching lol silly me!

ahh bless him its gorgeous, my pigs constantly make me laugh thank good ness for them I say much better then prozac
 
That's such a wonderful sketch! If you ever feel in the mood to just draw a guinea pig being a guinea pig and letting my rescue use it as an icon you're more than welcome to.. lol, just kidding (unless you would like to, in which case it would be wonderful!)

And, yes, they do make me laugh all the time. Their antics are hilarious and I love them.

Yep, i'd love to :) I know you've had quite afew litters at your rescue recently, so this one would be quite fitting ;D

Unless you want just a simple Guinea Pig, let me know what you think...or what kind of guinea pig you'd like and i'll be happy to give it a go ;D

That would be great! All i need is someone to write a short story, and i'd love to have a go...i can't write, so does anyone want to write a story and i'll illustrate it lol ;D
C'mon we could get it published and make millions ::)
 
Yeah, like "The Adventures of Beau and Flossie"? Or "Tiger and Mr Fuzzy on the Farm" ... I used to try a bit of writing, maybe if I have time I'll have a go at doing a piggie story - we could start a whole series of childrens books!

Couldn't agree more, the best is their expressions when we catch them doing something they shouldn't be - they look all innocent as if to say...'what?' ;D

hehe that would be great...and i do mean that, i bet we could get a book published as children really love guinea pigs...when i used to do craft fairs my guinea pig stuff sold instantly!

Please if you do have the time, write a little story! :) :) oooh we're going to be FAMOUS! ;D
 
We could include everyone's piggies in different stories... hmm, I will have a think!


If no one minded, we could have one of Natnats poems in the front, and dedicate each story to a Rainbow piggie with a little picture of them ... any proceeds to rescue homes!

This morning Duke had been fed on my lap when i put him down in his cage he ran to his bed area to do a pee, i moved him so he didn't get his new towels wet and the little monkey brrrrd at me and ran down to the other sleeping area and peed. When he came out it was like, well i was desperate! Then he proceeded to munch on some spinach leaves :) :)
Just can't help being in love with him :smitten: :smitten: :smitten: :smitten:
 
my guineas make me laugh all he time... they just sit there and stare at me lol

Why don't we make the 3 word story into a book with illustrations? It would be fabulous to see the guys in the story up to their various exploits.

We could do..but whats a 3 word story? lol sorry if i'm being thick! ;D

If anyone would like to write something, like a short story or a poem would you let me know too, it would be great practice for me and whoever writes it. and you never know it might get published! I will certainly do my best to send it to as many publishers, i know websites of quite a few!

Maybe i should start a new post about this..as it's kind of going off topic haha
