What a nice suprise ive had today.|)
Polly has given birth to 1 baby. She was one of the preston piggies. i didnt know she was pregnant as she definately wasnt showing signs but ive been hanging on to her just to make sure.
I will now be keeping a close eye on her 2 sisters poppy n posy.
The baby is a pure white peruvian with pink eyes just like its mum, gorgeous!drool Will try get some pics in the next couple of days.
Mum n baby both doing well.
Just a question am i ok to leave her 2 sisters in with them because she get really stressed when she is seperated from them?

sadly baby pig passed away this afternoon. mum had been struggling to feed it as she is only a baby herself. i tried to give it goats milk but unfortunately it just wasnt enough.8...
sorry for refering to baby as 'it' but dont even know if it was a girl or boy.

Really sorry Rebecca. As we have said with some of the Sokel gypsy piggies, all the love in the world, that I know you have given to them, just sometimes can't make up for the poor start in life they have had. Hopefully mum can now have a lovely life. x

Hi Christine, yes if you look back through the rescue threads, I think there were 22 piggies, in a very poor state rescued in/from Preston by some forum members. xx
