but I have no correx so it will have to have fleece and towel flooring until i can sort it out :) I am so excited, this will be my first proper c+c cage, my other two were temporary! so I will keep you updated on it.
It will be a 2x3 with a 2x1 hayloft for my gorgeous boy, Charlie.
Sorry but I am so excited ;D i LOVE building cages :embarassed: my grids will come in handy- maybe if i am luckya nd keep finding random grids around my garden, i'll eb able to build a 2x4

hey Beth where do you live? will you take a photo when youv'e done,

What do you mean, keep finding random grids around your garden?

i must of used them at one point and not put them all away so everytime i move a rabbit hutch there's a few grids behind there  i will be taking lots of pictures!

Beth I went to my local carpet shop and picked up 1 metre x 2 meteres of lino, I have cut it and stuck it same as i did with the correx and looks like its working a treat only cost £5.

Looking forward to pictures ;) I use lino instead of correx too, if you buy the offcuts or the ugly stuff (hey, whys it matter if it's boring or ugly?) it's really cheap.

Where can you get grids from? Looked at Argos & Ebay etc. Can't find 'them. :(

this is the top level

this is the top level of Charlie's new cage, it has a small wooden picket fence to prevent him falling but i have now replaced that with a small piece of willow trellis which is safe for him to chew and i have used the fence elsewhere.
The floor os covered with rubber car mats and carpet peices, a bargain at £2:99 for the whole lot of carpets and mats

amazing tunnel!
It looks fantastic AND HUGE

i thought i recognised that Ikea bag holder, i have a white one stuffed full of bags

great idea to use it in that way!

wow its MASSIVE and looks amazing!

VERY lucky piggies me thinks! O0 O0
