I'm Here... Just Busy! But Also On Facebook.

Hey all,

Longterm members will know me well. And I just want to let people know I am still around but extremely busy with my veterinary nursing, research, paper writing and teaching/lecturing scedules so don't often get much time on here to answer quieries.

If you want to message me at any point where I'm more likely to pick up messages I have a new Facebook page called 'the Guinea pig guru' (there is one on fb who looks like a skinny breeder and this is not me!) Feel free to like and share my page, I'm posting regular interesting fact and information on piggie care and veterinary advice. I will be creating albums on bonding, behaviour etc etc as time allows.

I will have a look, are you a qualified veterinary nurse, that must take some work. Are you going train to be a vet?

Yes I'm qualified and specialised in exotics. Just like human nurses don't become doctors it's doesn't quite work that way. I'm perfectly happy as a nurse and know and get to do a huge amount now I'm more specialised.
