I too was amazed at how well the animals are cared for at our local shop. Our selected pig had extra toes so was vet checked and the vet wanted to remove them. They kept our pig reserved for us and also sought a second and third opinion re the toes and it was decided they shouldn’t be removed. All the while we were kept in regular contact by the store ringing us and explaining. They finally said she was fine to be picked up and offered us free vet care for life for her! Our piggy is super tame and super happy and was affectionately names Toe~Ella by the staff.

Thank you sadly my dad vetoed the name patch. He says aslong as I live here he is going to get to name one of the pigs so her new name is now Rosie. He tried to call the last 2 Rosie so I guess third time lucky.

I prefer patch @Watchman as she has a patch on her snout. But you can't argue with Dad so Rosie it is!
