I'm new, introducing Biscuit & Brownie

Hi!

I have only just found this forum and thought I would be great to chat about piggies. I am a member of Wheekers, not sure if there are any members from there here?

I am originally from UK (Cheshire) but now live in Norway, and have two beautiful bilingual boys:

This is Biscuit when we first got him. He was 7 weeks old in this picture. He was bought from a pet shop over here.

Here's a more recent pic, He's amost 6 months old now and a real terror :))

This is Brownie getting cuddles from my boyfriend. Brownie was adopted from a lady who had too many pets and was expecting a child, so I took him in. He is a gentle soul but was very shy. I have had him since November and I am only just seeing real progress from him.

He is much more relaxed these days!

And here is where the live. I have actually had to modify the cage somewhat since this pic, as my little arms weren't long enough to reach all the way to the far corner ")

I don't have any corroplast yet, so I am just using bin bags, covered by newspaper, covered by towels, and then covered by fleece. Luckily they aren't on carpet so there's no issues there.

Thanks everyone!

I've only had them since October/November last year, but I wouldn't be without them. I'm wanting just one (or two!) more but my boyfriend is putting his foot down! grrrr

I'm originally from Northwich. Most of my family still live around there :)

I am in Kristiansand, pretty much as southern as possible.

I'm not brilliant with Norwegian geography, is that up North? :red

Hello...what gorgeous boys indeed. Biscuit looks VERY similar to my minipig Pedro- who is about 9 wheeks old. There are pics of him on here- will try to put some clearer ones on- they could be twins (apart from the age difference)! I got him from a rescue, where he was born. Welcome to the Forum!

Just searched Pedro.. what a little cutie! and looks just like my Biscuit.. they really do look surprisingly alike!

What lovely piggies. So much hair! They must have REALLY bad hair days when they get them!

Oh they do, Biscuit especially :))

I keep trying to trim him but he's not very cooperative, so i've been doing it little by little, otherwise he's a right stinky bum :o
