Hello Everyone,
I am new to the forum and also a new mommy to two female cavies. I adopted them about 3 days ago. I did do some research on them before I adopted them but I am sure there is alot more I can learn from those with experience. I happily accepted any advice. I have been reading some of the topics here and this seems like a lovely forum but very informative people. I think I am going to like it here. b.t.w my little ladies names are Rosie and Mary Jane(MJ for short). I also have a dwarf rabbit name Jack Tripper but he lives in a separate room from the piggies. I will never trust him around them because I know he could accidently hurt them.

and yes you're right about your little Jack Tripper he's best kept away from the girlies, you've done really well with your research.

They are sisters and they are 2 years old. Their birthday is December 24th.

Your piggies sound lovely. I have 2 - Piggle and Dotty and I have only had them a few days so I am learning all the time!

Thank you all for your lovely welcomes. I am going to try to get some pictures soon. My little cousin knows how to work my camcorder better than I do(go figure) but teenagers these days are so wise with technology. She is suppose to be over this weekend so hopefully I can get her to take some pictures for me.
The girls are coming along well. I am happy to say that..girls...because in this household its predominently male. I wanted to have some more females around here besides me. I am going to spoil them rotten. :smitten:
