I'm heading off on my hols this weekend and I am leaving my 3 boys with the only person I trust to look after them, my mum!
2 of my boys, Tweak and Chip live together in a big run and Dale lives on his own as he doesn't get on with other piggies! My mum kindly pops in to my house twice a day to check on the boys. Once in the morning and then for a couple of hours in the evening to give them a cuddle and let them have a run around the house.
I am a bit worried about Dale as he lives on his own so won't have the same amount of attention that he usually recieves from me and my o/h. :0 My mum has agreed that he can stay at her house so he can be cuddled a lot. I don't think that she knows what she has let herself in for......l :p
Dale is king of my house, he runs free whilst we are home and does what he wants. When he isn't running free he spends a lot of time either lounging in his piggy hammock or standing with his front paws in his food dish which makes a nice mess on my carpet when he runs off and the food flys out of his cage! If you dare to try and have a lie-in on the weekend, his wheeking wakes me all the way upstairs as he wants his morning veggies. If you don't let him out, he keeps banging is paw on the ground until he gets your attention rolleyes
Hopefully he will will be a good boy so that she doesn't mind him staying over in the future......
