On Monday the 30th my husband and I are moving to Hawaii for his new job, and unfortunately I can't bring my Pierre along with us... (As well as his 3 new babies and Remy.) We came upon this opportunity very suddenly and amongst the drama of our new baby on the way, and him getting the new job I hadn't had time to figure out the necessities for bringing him over with me. I had to leave my childhood piggy in Missouri when we moved here as a kid, and now I have to do it again! :'( :'( :'( We couldn't afford to pay the money to have her fly WITH me, and she wouldn't have survived in cargo. Now here we are again.. This just sucks.. I think he knows I'm upset about it too because now when I take him out I'll get really teary-eyed and he'll just sniff around like "What's wrong?". My precious pig! :smitten: It doesn't help that I'm about 2 1/2 months pregnant, it's making this move even harder on me. I cry at the drop of a hat! (Like I needed any help being emotional lol...)
Anyway... Just thought I'd share my current woes.. Hopefully though when we fly my mom out to see us in June after the baby is born, we're gonna work to pay the right people so he may fly over with her. I hope it all works out! People have been telling me "oh just get over it, buy a new one when you get there!" and I'm thinking.. okay.. suuure.. *sigh* Some people just don't get it.. :'(

Thank goodness. They'll be well taken care of, at least I have that reassurance. I just wish I could take him with me now!
