I'm in the middle of arranging boar dating for Suilven at Glynneath and I'm so excited!

I can't wait for him to have a new friend but I have no idea what sort of piggy he will come home with!

He's been so good since Merry died with lots of cuddles and floor time with The Sheep. If the three of them weren't all so close in age I would definately considered having them as a trio as they are so good together. It was just the hormones thing as The Sheep are only just starting to hit puberty now so who knows what the future holds...

It's kind of odd I guess but I hope he picks a lovely friend. No doubt he will be the complete opposite of what I would have chosen... I always said I didn't want white pigs and now I have two and a cream & white so you can't be fussy!

Looking forward to welcomeing another rescue into our house though. you can't beat the feeling of having done the right things for someone/somepig.
 
Ooh how exciting! It will be so fun to see which new piggy you get next. :)
 
I always find it fascinating what piggy wins the dating carousel! So far, Terfel is the only time my favourite has made it... But whatever piggy, you just love them because they make your single so happy!

However, I would venture a guess that your chances for a ginger piggy are currently pretty high... :))
 
OK - sneak preview for you, I've not added these to the BDS of the rescue website yet, a job after New Year.

These two came in together but they don't actually like each other - the number of bite wounds on the aby showed their relationship went sour quite a while ago.

How exciting! I didn't choose either of my girls...Miss mabel came to me unseen....and Miss Mabel & Doodle-Pig chose each other! I love them to bits!
Doodle-Pig is a Suzy Sow Dating success story :)

I need to date a boy with my Salt now that Pepper has gone to the bridge....

I am hoping that one of my Foster pigs Barney or Leonard might be a match but alas no.
However Barney and Leonard are a match they love each other so will be re-homed as a pair come the new year.

So if I dont get a single boy in to befriend Salt its how many miles to Suzy.... 225... mmmmm.... ;)
 
Just sent you an email Suzy... OH is still deliberating over the right thing to do and now I've not been well she's worried about me driving all that way...

Those candidates are beautiful, particularly black and white fuzzball... I'd always joked about calling a blind piggy Pugh and you have one... Hilarious!
