because on Monday the landscapers arrive, and I am having my garden all re arranged and a new Piggy Palace and Piggy garden built. My Piggy Palace is going to be 12' x 7' with a fenced garden attached, to keep Archie my American Bulldog pup out. The rest is going to be paved and flagged with pots and stuff. My garden used to be really lovely with lots of flowers and veg, but a succession of dogs has put paid to that. This morning we are taking the 'before' pictures, and hopefully in about a week's time we will be taking the 'after' pictures, so will post up for you to see. Still haven't figured out the layout of my Piggy house yet. Will have to see where all the electrics and stuff are going. Can't wait. :) :) xx

Your piggies will be SPOILED! :)):)):))

Can't wait for pics!

How many piggies do you have? enough to take over the world lol?

Only six of my own, but numbers have grown up to 22 when I have lots of fosters to rehome. Only 17 at the mo. Cutting down for a short time with the building work. Soon be back up to strength though. rolleyes

OOH that sounds exciting! Lucky piggies.

Also can't wait to see photos! So a week or so - that's brilliant!

That sounds really exciting! Your piggies will be very very happy with their new palace I'm sure :)) Cant wait to see pics, i love before and after shots of gardens/rooms :(|)

Everything is cleared now ready. Took 6 hours! I have had to pull down all my green bean plants, so guess what's on the piggy menu for a couple of days now. :) xx

Lucky woman: you have got decent weather! :)):)):))

This sounds so exciting, what a treat it will be! I feel excited for you!

Three weeks later, we are all finished. What a trauma! The dog had to be kept in all the time, and got stuck in the cat flap, trying to escape. The rain held work up. The garden has been a mass of rubble, and mud trod all over my house. Dust an inch thick. But now all my garden has been dug up, flagged, paved, the piggy shed is built, complete with all electrics. Piggies seem to like Radio Merseyside :{ The piggy lawn is laid, fenced off and Archie proof, and all are settled in. I lost the before pictures, but here are a couple of the after ones, and Archie just before he put his feet through and got stuck! rolleyes

Now that's posh. So glad the ordeal is over for you, 3 weeks is a long time when it's like that.

Love what you've done. Are the guineas in guinea heaven?

:)):)):)) AWWW - Archie!

What a palace! x)x)x)

I won't tell you that all the dirt, dust and muck has been worth it; I've been through it over the last 1 1/2 years with my house. While the result is WORTH it, it's still driving you plain nuts for the time being!

Archie! x)x)drooldrool

Aww that looks really superb! I was wondering why the little fence bit had short legs untill i saw the close up of the brick bottom! rolleyes :)) It look great, id love to have something like that. Your piggies must be very happy! x

Thanks everyone. The piggies seem very happy. Although there is the lovely grass for them, I have runs that I put on it. They don't free range, as we have a few cats around. Archie is a pest, I can't put it better than that, but we love him. (most of the time) lol xx
