What should I name the new boys?

You may have seen the two long haired boars looking for a forever home in the rescue and rehoming section...Bert & Ernie.

I was looking at them this morning with Snickers sat in his usual spot under my chin complaining about his new diet regime...he then looked at the screen, ambled down to the laptop and started chatting at the picture. I took this to mean that he thinks they should come and live with us...so I called Sharon and she has said that these lovely boys can have their forever home with me and the rest of my boys x)x)x).

Sharon has to come to Gloucester tomorrow so she has said that she will bring them to me...I am so excited...I am now waiting for Cia to come home from school so I can tell him we are getting two new boys joining our family.

Did I mention I am really excited?
 
Congratulations! they are very very beautiful. I'm sure they are going to love living with you and Snickers.
 
I hope so, they are going to be sharing a room with Cadbury and Fudge for the time being - and they are going to love the summer hutch and run that I am hoping is going to arrive this week end :)
 
Sticking with the theme you have started:

Bill & Ben
Salt & Pepper (Their colours would go well)
Cheese & Chive or Cheese and pickle
Chaz & Dave
Ant & Dec (i'd put this at the bottom of the list)


I'll keep thinking.....

They are adorable though, cant wait to see your pigtures.

All good suggestions I like Cheese & Pickle but I dont mind if they are not matching names if that makes sense..I keep looking at Ernie (the paler one) and I keep thinking Custard for some reason.
 
The only word i can think that go's with custard, is:

Slice or tart...... you cant call poor bertie tart though lol.
 
That's an idea...I think I might have to wait until they get here and see what their personality is like.

From what Sharon has told me they have had a horrid life up to now and I can't wait to give them all the love and cuddles they want.
 
I wont repeat what she told me about their previous owner(s) but when she told me the first words out of my mouth were "if I had been there I'd have given someone a slap".
 
They will love their new forever home i am sure, they will never ever suffer again.
 
Oh aw! I can't believe they've been there for forever! They're such a gorgeous pair!

As soon as I saw their pigture this morning I wanted them and even though Bristol is not that far from me really I wasn't sure how I could get them to me...I was maybe going to see if we could do a piggy train but Sharon has saved the day when she said she is going to be in Gloucester tomorrow and would bring them to me :)

Ciaran has come home from school and I have told him the story about why they are in rescue and that we are going to give them a forever home and he is now almost as excited as I am now lol!

He has made a suggestion of Rain (for Ernie) and Beau (for Bertie)...what do you think?
 
I reallly like Dandelion and Burdock x) But they look more like a Darcy, and David to me :))
