This is just random curiosity. I'm not actually having problems with my boars, but today I was thinking about what I'd have to do in case of serious fighting, and something puzzled me.

I've seen in one of the guides - can't remember which, exactly - that when the dominance rituals get tense the boars might have to be separated for some time to cool things down. But which of them would have to go? Do we have to take the dominant one out of the cage or the submissive? Or both?

Since it's recommended to handle the dominant one first, I thought he would go, but at the same time it would be weird to leave his territory to the submissive, I guess?

I'M SO CURIOUS.

For a temporary short term separation it is easiest if you can just put a divider in the cage, usually take out the piggy that is causing the problems.
And for a permanent separation, it doesn't matter as they will both have their own territory. ;)

Ooooh, I see! I hadn't thought about the divider. Thanks!
