Self Isolation In isolation

My daughter had a phone call from my dr.asking her if l have plenty of medications for the next 6 months! And l,m not to leave the house for any reason!,,,, all l want to do now in go into hibernation. This is the start of week 3.🤪

Be great if we could hibernate till this is all over but then the piggies would starve lol.

Afraid I can't help, although I'm not all that far from u, I've been self isolating all week because of mild symptoms of this wretched virus.

I've be in isolation just over 2 weeks ,to night I am not feeling good, headache, my body aches, I am cold and shivering, sore throat, have rang daughter, told her,have taken paracetamol and now going to bed, just hope it's a start of a cold, need healing vibes, 😪

It is daunting, isn't it? I have been stuck at home for long stretches over the last few years when my husband wasn't well. It is not quite an accident that I have so many piggies but I have had to sadly give up fine cross stitch and crochet lace because of my bad eyes, which I loved doing.

But you will get through it. Try a longer term project, like learning a new language, craft or an interactive online occupation. Or read the books you would have liked to read but never had the time to. Or dive into a subject you would have liked to learn about more at school. like astronomy or painting etc. Thankfully we have the internet to ease loneliness and access so much more information these days! Or do some piggy research...

Had my phone call from doctors this afternoon, it's reassuring. Grdson rang for a chatting after he finished milking this evening. I am missing the grandchildren so much, but can't let them know that cause they get upset.

I expect they're missing Nan too! I know how close you are to them especially Faith it must be so hard for you. Its to keep you safe that they have to stay away. You being safe is the most important thing atm. It may seem forever but it really won't be for that long. I'm always available if you want to chat you have my number.😘

Just got off the phone with my daughter, my youngest grdson 12 year old ,has had a major meltdown, hes autistic and don't understand the lockdown and he want to be with me, hes in a right state, managed to talk with him, it's so hard, trying to comfort him with out cuddles,,l,trying to be so strong for them. But this is breaking me. Its sending me into meltdown aswell.
 
Just had a visit from Faith and Kie, they brought my milk and eggs.kie had cooked pancakes, and brought a dish of them from me,their both ..very good cooks, and Faith had made fairy cakes with him. They both wanted cuddles, we,ve got round it abit, rang daughter and told her, she must give big cuddles on my behalf, Kie said it's not the same but it will have to do, he really wants to take me out in his big new truck,told him,that gives me some thing to look forward to when all this is over. Sitting and talking outside in the sunshine with them was nice, he as to go back to their other farm tomorrow.
