Recently, My 2-3 Year Old Guinea Pig Maddie Has Been Constipated And Is Straining Aswell as Squeaking While Pooing And Weeing. I Have Also Found Blood In Her Wee. My Mum Has Took Her To The Vet But They Haven’t Done Anything. I Have Been Soaking Her Hind End In Water For A Few Mins A Day. Am I Rght By doing That And What Should I Do?
 
I suspect your guinea may have a urine infection - did your vet examine her for a urine infection ?
 
You need to see a more Cavy Savvy (guinea pig friendly) vet. There is a vet locator at the top of the page. Can you get to any of those? Where are you based. If in another country then there are recommended vets here Guinea Lynx :: GL's Vet List.
 
I agree with the others... sounds like a urinary tract infection that will need an antibiotic to treat. I would stop soaking her bottom, as it's just going to cause her to be damp and isn't going to resolve an infection. If she is wet from sitting in urine, you can clean her off, but there's not much purpose to submerging her daily.

I'm Taking Her To The Vets Today, Should I Keep You Updated? Also, I Found Out My Mum Didn't Take Her Because She Forgot But.. Were Doing Something Now.
 
Okay, We Took Her To The vets And They Said She could Sitrious So They Gave Me Some Medicine And Antibiotics For Her, In 5 Days I Will Come Back To See If She has gotta Better. If Not, they will perform a bladder X-ray.
