Wasn’t sure if this belongs here or on the General Chat thread but.... I wanted to share a lovely story about my vet.
I went in today to return some critical care I’d taken last week for Merab but didn’t need, sadly. Also to say thanks for how wonderful they were last week
I also needed to pay the bill as they still hadn’t sent an invoice.
I discovered that the critical care hadn’t been included on the bill which only covered the spay.
They didn’t charge for all the extra work done to remove the cystic lumps or most of the drugs used.
The bill was about half what I was expecting.
I just thought that was so kind and generous of them and wanted to share with you.
I know we hear some stories of vets who are not as good with exotics, or not as caring so it’s nice to be able to say that my vets are wonderful.
I also have instructions to make the next nail clipping on a Monday as the receptionist who is in on Mondays hasn’t met the new girls yet!
