Indoor cage for 3

To be able to keep my 3 guinea pigs I need to get them an indoor cage. If any one can give me a link to a product that would be ok for them. I am not sure about space at the moment so I might even try for a double teer hutch.

Ramps can be made safe for piggies to use. I would say its big enough for 3. I have been looking at them too for my 3 darlings ;)
 
I am planning on getting this cage so how can i make the ramps safer?

The link keeps saying cannot find server for me >:( What cage is it i am going to get the tommy 102 double for mine so will also need to make my ramps safe :)
 
Oh thats the same as the one i want but mine was the double rather than the triple. Maybe i should get the T3 would be way better ;D
 
I think so, i'm saving up for it anyway! I just need to know how to make the ramps safer.

Hi Niki
I can't see the cage (internet explorer can't display the page) but all my ramps have sides on them, aren't too steep & have either carpet or vetbed pinned to them or wooden strips across them :)
 
Hi Niki, do you have a photo of one of your ramps?
Have you had them specially made or have you just adjusted the ones that came with your cage?

There were alot of bad reviews on the T3 cage so now i'm not so sure. Don't want to waste my money :-\
 
Can't you get cubes and go for a C&C cage? Cheaper and can make it fit into the space you want it to and also big enough for 3 piggies. :D

Got some c&c cages but I cant seem to make the bottom for it!
 
Oh right..can you get hold of some lino for the bottom? or do you already have something and you can make a bottom? (me confused xD)

Not got a bottom for it, I did try tarpaulin but that wasnt any good!
 
Ooh right..I get you :) I use lino for the bottom and it works really well. I bought an off cut that was ugly so it was really cheap ;)

How did you do the corners and have you any pics?!

Hi Niki
My OH made them along with the hutches but i have ramps in all my piggy homes

Most are off-cuts of wood with sides attached & whatever pinned to them, usually carpet, hope that helps :)

If you do go with the tommy t3 could you post pics of it if you make ramps give me some hints. It will be months before i get mine so would be nice to hear about it from someone getting the same :)
