My boar has had a nasty bite from my other boar a couple of weeks ago, on the lip. We separated them straight away, and cleaned the wound with a saline solution that you guys recommended.
This week there was a crust on the wound which I assumed meant it was healing (it looked quite healthy until then), but just now I have noticed that it is bleeding a tiny bit and there is some white stuff coming out?
We are away the whole summer and he will be in a boarding house from next Friday, so we are obviously quite worried. Shall we get an emergency appointment at the vet?

Please have him seen promptly; his wound has abscessed and he will need an antibiotic and - depending on the severity - daily flushing. The sooner you have him seen, the less chance the abscess has of blowing up.

Guinea pigs have always gunk in their mouths, so there is always a risk that any bite can abscess.

This is a silly question but he seems really warm too-could it be a sign of having high temperature?

Could I ask if anybody know any good vets around Bath? I took him to Ashman and Jones and it was ridiculously expensive when I got him as a baby so would prefer not to go there. Are pets at home good at all?

Here is our recommended vets locator: Guinea Pig Vet Locator

I wouldn't think that your piggy being warm is due to a fever. The abscess is encapsulated towards the body. Any antibiotic/strength depends on how deep and severe the abscess is. All you'll get a no frills vets like the ones in pets@home is baytril.
