I have two young boars that are a few weeks old they have speckles in there fur dark tiny flecks ,on searching it maybe static lice is it?
I looked on gorgeous guineas for the shampoo but it says not for under 12 weeks old , can I bath them or is there an alternative , they don't seem bothered or irritated and skin looks healthy , I recently have bough the range meadow hay , other than that nothing has changed.any ideas ?

It may be Static lice, or Hay mites. They are not blood suckers, so will not do your pigs any harm.

If in doubt, please have your piggies checked and diagnosed by a vet. Hay/fur mites, which are also called static lice, are the least troublesome of the skin parasites that guinea pigs can have, but it would still be better if you did not treat just on spec. They usually come with hay.

It's always good to freeze hay/bedding you get as things sometimes do crawl in it and can be transferred to your guinea pig.

As Seven said freezing is a good way , but when your ready to use it , just make sure it is not to cold when you put it in your pigs cage
