Information Needed

The veg I was giving them varied.
Carrots, spring mix lettuce, blue and strawberries, cantaloupe and honey dew melon and tomatoes.

If they are all affected and they are not related by birth then it suggests an environmental problem (diet, pollution, fumes, toxins etc) or an infectious cause.
I agree that you shouldn't withhold vegetables.
Further investigation is needed. Go back to your vet armed with this information and ask him or her to do some research, if necessary phoning a more experienced vet. Good luck
