Scab is hard and looks fresh..
Rabbit i have does jump in there occasionally and she made of landed on him?..
Getting rid of her shortly anyway

I think you need to take him/her to the vets as soon as possible, hope it’s nothing too serious x

If you have a rabbit and it has jumped in with your guinea pig then it has probably injured/scratched your piggies nose. Please get it checked by a vet - also you said you are ' getting rid of your rabbit shortly ' have you found a rescue place for it?
