Interesting Behavior....

I have a female guinea pig who has started to throw her poop out of the cage? I clean it out everyday and switch the fleece out every three days. Why is she doing this? Any one else have at guinea pig that does this?

I'm afraid I can't offer much advice. I'm not sure why she is doing this but just wanted to say she's gorgeous!

if its any consolation I have 2 rabbits and Maisie, will scrape out litter tray if gets too dirty, or pull tray across hutch to wee/poo where tray was. I find she does this until i clean it out (which is every other day). Frustrating cos I'm a bit OCD anyway on cleanliness so to have her scrape all dirty bedding out of tray to rest of hutch is frustrating,lol

I just don't understand she just one day decided to do this?! Silly girl! She makes a mess I'm always stepping on guinea poo. It's a good thing I love her!

Ha ha ha. She's doing her own house work. Clever girl. Just place a rubbish bin where she scrapes them and jobs a good un. Lol.
