Introduced Chipychanga and Walnut

Well, Walnut is 3 weeks old now so I went ahead and introduced him to Chipychanga my oldest pig. Chipy is approx 4 years old. Everything went fine, although Walnut was crying for his Mom at first. Lulu, his mom, couldn't care less and was popcorning up a storm. Maybe she was happy for her freedom!

Mums usually are! I knew exactly the time when my Minx decided she was done with babysitting because she started stair climbing again and enjoyed being well out of reach...

Fingers crossed that the Chipy will continue to "daddy" little Walnut!

I hope they stay best friends, for forever more . Mummy deserves a well earned break!

Yes Lulu does deserve a break, that is for sure. She is only 5 months old. Far too young to have been a Mom. She is by far my friendliest most inquisitive piggy. Even Chipy doesn't trust me as much! lol. I noticed in the last little while Lulu kept running away from Walnut and squealing when he tried to nurse. She has had enough!
